1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gurunath Library's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Subscription

  • A valid membership is required to rent books from our library.
  • Membership plans are based on duration and the number of books you can rent at a time.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
  • You may upgrade or renew your plan at any time.

3. Book Rental Rules

  • Books must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The number of books you can rent simultaneously depends on your membership plan.
  • Books should be returned by the exchange date mentioned in your account.
  • Damaged or lost books will incur replacement charges at the book's MRP.
  • Underlining, highlighting, or writing in books is not permitted.

4. Delivery & Returns

  • We deliver books to serviceable pin codes only.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location.
  • You can return books by scheduling a pickup through your account.
  • Books must be properly packed during returns to avoid damage.

5. Payments

  • We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery.
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Deposit amounts, if applicable, are refundable upon account closure after clearing all dues.

6. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

7. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable after activation.
  • Refunds for online payments, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gurunath Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the membership fees paid by you.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
